Acceptable use policy

Last updated 30 June 2026

This keeps our hosting safe, legal and reliable for everyone on it. It applies to anything you host or send through us.

The basics

Use our services lawfully and considerately. Don't use them to host, send or link to anything that:

  • breaks the law, or helps someone else break it;
  • infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
  • is malware, or is designed to damage or gain unauthorised access to systems;
  • is spam, or bulk unsolicited email;
  • is used for phishing, fraud or impersonation;
  • is obscene or harassing, or incites violence or hatred.

Email

Email hosting is for genuine business correspondence, not bulk unsolicited mail. Sending spam puts everyone's deliverability at risk and isn't allowed.

Fair use of resources

Our plans assume normal small-business use. If something you're running puts an unfair load on shared infrastructure, we'll talk to you about it and find a sensible fix.

Our providers' rules

Krystal, Infomaniak and Static Host UK each have their own acceptable-use policies, which apply alongside this one.

If something breaches this policy

We may suspend or remove the content, and in serious or repeated cases suspend or end the service. We'll always try to talk to you first, unless we have to act quickly to protect others.

Reporting abuse

If you think something we host breaches this policy, tell us at hello@bebraverhosting.com and we'll look into it.

Changes

Any change will be reflected here, with the date updated above.
